These credits are used by your customers online, on the Eteech module integrated into your website, by asking questions, getting help with their homework, preparing for their exams... as soon as they need a helping hand, available 24/7.

You choose the amount of credit-points best suited to your packages.

 How does it work ?

1) We create your module of Help with homework online and make it for free in graphical conformity with your Website. You integrate it ( "Help online" menu for instance) into your Website.

2) You offer your "pack" to your customers, as an option, for every subscription to one of your packages.

3) You can pass on to us, every week, a list of customer accounts to be created and activated. Our service then creates and validates your customer’s accounts.

Your customers benefit from our service of Help online and can ask questions, whenever they wish.

4) At the beginning of the month, we charge you for the accounts created during the previous month. You pay at the end of the month (except the first payment which has to be made within 7 days).

5) At the end of every month, you receive an activity report which corresponds to the use by your customers of "packs" sold during the previous month (first report at the end of the second month).
